Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Krokstrom Construction for bathroom remodeling services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern our relationship and outline the responsibilities of both parties throughout the project.

Services Provided

Krokstrom Construction provides professional bathroom remodeling services including:

• Complete bathroom renovations and remodels
• Shower installation and renovation
• Vanity and cabinet installation
• Tile and flooring services
• Plumbing fixture updates and installation
• Design consultation and planning services

Project Estimates and Contracts

All project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise.

A formal contract will outline all project details, timelines, materials, costs, and terms before work begins. Both parties must sign the contract for work to commence.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedule will be outlined in the project contract
• Payments are due according to the agreed schedule
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the contract
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the project scope
• Ensuring access to the work area during scheduled times
• Removing personal belongings from the work area
• Obtaining any required HOA or building approvals
• Making timely payments according to the contract schedule
• Communicating any concerns promptly

Project Changes

Any changes to the original project scope must be documented in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Change orders must be approved and signed before additional work proceeds.

Permits and Compliance

We will obtain necessary permits for work that requires them. All work will be performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Inspections will be scheduled as required by local authorities.

Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Material delivery delays
• Unforeseen structural issues
• Permit or inspection delays
• Changes to project scope

Warranty and Limitations

We provide warranty coverage on our workmanship as outlined in the project contract. Warranty terms may vary by service type and materials used. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and materials are separate and handled directly with manufacturers.

Liability and Insurance

Krokstrom Construction carries appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through direct communication first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Wisconsin under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for completed work and materials, will be as specified in the project contract.
